The Company goals of client satisfaction, ongoing business development
and long term profitability are not in conflict with good safety practices.
A good safety record is of great benefit to our business, whilst a safe
and healthy working environment protects and encourages people - our
most important asset.
The safe
and healthy working environment that we have created is based on individual
and group values, attitudes and patterns of behaviour from all personnel,
clients and suppliers – altogether
this determines the commitment to our organisation’s health and
safety management system.
Management and supervisory staff have the responsibility
for implementing the Supreme O Roofing Health & Safety Policy throughout
the company and must ensure that health and safety considerations are
always given priority in planning and day to day supervision of work.
The
management and staff of the company monitor the operation of this policy
and to assist them in this respect, the company appoints a safety supervisor
to visit sites and workplaces to give advice on the requirements of the
relevant statutory provisions and safety matters generally. This includes
updating and any changes in Health and Safety law resulting to our works.
